Apria’s core focus is to identify and secure real estate properties and land assemblies that help meet the needs of urban communities. These typically include high walk scores and access to public transit, schools ,health care, shopping and job opportunities.
All of our projects undergo an analysis of local demographic trends, rental and new home market studies, as well as rigorous financial analysis in order to ensure their viability and their ability to deliver superior risk adjusted returns. We work with investors on a case by case basis, ensuring that the projects have the most efficient capital structure to ensure their success.
