The developer was established in 1996, but its history goes farther back than that. Partners and co-owners Roberto Salmena and Sam Grasso grew up in the Bloor West neighbourhood in Toronto, and even since then they’ve wanted to build in Bloor West Village and the surrounding neighbourhood. The life long friends joined forces and are working on transforming the region.
