1 Adriatic Road Condos

1 Adriatic Road Condos consists of three buildings, 38, 34, and 19-storey tall. Tower A will stand 38-storeys tall at the northeast corner of this condo project and have 421 units, including 36 studios, 226 one-bedrooms, 139 two-bedrooms and 20 three-bedrooms.

This building will have a 5-storey rectangular podium and a 33-storey tower. Residents will enjoy 5,403 square feet of indoor amenity space in the form of a 2,787 square foot gym and a 2,616 square foot workspace on the sixth floor. Setbacks will allow for a beautiful continuous outdoor terrace that will wrap the building’s north, east and west facades and will include 6,986 square feet of outdoor amenity space at the north edge of the podium.

The sixth floor will also connect Tower A and Tower B with a bridge that will contain two 2,242 square foot indoor amenity spaces and a corridor. As a bonus, suites will have their own private inset balconies where residents can relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Tower A and Tower B will share four levels of underground parking located beneath both Towers. Tower B will be located on the southeast corner of the condo project and stand 34-storeys tall with a 5-storey rectangular podium. This building will contain 371 units consisting of 30 studios, 206 one-bedrooms, 113 two-bedrooms, and 22 three-bedrooms.

An indoor bicycle parking room will be provided in the northeast corner of the podium with 39 parking spaces. The lives of residents will be enlivened by 5,390 square feet of indoor amenity space located on the sixth floor, including a 2,786 square foot gym and a 2,604 square foot workplace room. Setbacks will allow for a stunning continuous outdoor terrace that will wrap the building’s north, east and west facades and include 5,350 square feet of outdoor amenity space at the north edge of the podium. What’s more, suites will have private inset balconies that will bring outdoor amenity space to residents’ doorstep.

Tower C will be located at the northwest corner of the condo project and stand 18-storeys tall with a 5-storey rectangular podium. This building will have a total of 252 units, of which 156 will be one-bedrooms, 58 will be two-bedrooms, and 38 will be three-bedrooms.

Residents will have access to two amenity spaces of 1,200 square feet on the ground floor and 3,240 square feet of indoor amenity space that will wrap the northwest corner of the second floor. The west façade of the building will provide residents with 2,260 square feet of outdoor amenity space with luxurious outdoor seating areas.
