103 Maplecrete Road Condos will feature two sleek, modern high-rise towers that will add more spacious residential suites to this growing area. The towers will be connected by a shared 6-storey podium that will hold the amenities and commercial space.

The proposed indoor amenity space will be located on the first and second floors. The indoor amenities will include a fitness centre among other uses which will be determined later throughout the development process.

The outdoor amenity space will be on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the podium. The outdoor amenities will overlook the amenity spaces on the ground floor and will give clear views of the vibrant City. To add more units to this development, the southerly portion of the podium will have 9 integrated two-storey townhouse units, to make this development appeal to larger families.

The two residential towers will consist of 788 residential units. The first tower will rise 43-storeys while the second tower will be 40-storeys high. In total, the units will range from 375 one bedroom, 213 one bedroom plus den, 117 two bedroom and 74 three bedroom plus, 9 townhouse units.
