11 Catford Road Condos will provide the density and modernity necessary for this growing region. It will consist of architecturally pleasing 4-storey residential townhouse blocks, a 12-storey mixed-use building, and an 18-storey and 30-storey residential tower connected by a 6-storey podium.

This ambitious new project would include 4 studios, 563 one-bedroom units, 319 two-bedroom units and 60 three-bedroom units for a total of 946 new units across all of the proposed buildings.

The luxurious development will provide countless amenities to enhance its occupants’ standard of living. There will be a total new amenity space of 1,892 square metres indoors and 1,892 square metres outdoors. A big bulk of the indoor amenity space will be located in the 6 storey tower connected by the 30-storey and 18-storey tower.

More indoor amenity space will be located in the 12-storey tower. It will contain 722 square metres of retail uses at grade, along with a lobby and indoor amenity areas on the first level. Outside of the building residents will also have access to the outdoor amenity area containing landscaped seating that seamlessly connects to the open space area.

There will be a total of 3,600 square metres of open spaces on-site linked to a new, 1,600 square metre public park through a network of walkways on the site.

Residents here will have access to 704 underground vehicular parking spaces proposed in an underground parking garage. There would be 711 bicycle parking spaces located underground on the first two levels, with the exception of 67 spots located on ground level for short-term use.

This site currently contains two 9-storey rental apartment buildings comprising 399 rental dwelling units. The existing buildings are proposed to be retained as part of the proposed development. The newly proposed buildings are poised to bring vibrancy and ample new living units to rejuvenate the development and accommodate the influx of people expected for the area.
