Once in a very long while, a project comes along and moves you. The team behind 12 DEGREES has made a statement in a city that is flush with new same old concepts for the same old condo buildings. Prices per square foot are starting at $575/sqft to just over $700/sqft. For a project of such high class, prices are extremely reasonable when you compare them to some of the more recent project launches that Toronto has been seeing.
