This new condo project is a pre-construction development proposed by The Goldman Group. Calling for six towers in total with 2,383 residential units, 120 Grangeway Avenue is slated for an occupancy date in (TBA).

120 Grangway Ave is located at Scarborough City Centre neighbourhood situated right next to the future Scarborough Centre Subway Station, this high-density site will eventually include a new street, pedestrian walkways and plentiful retail space.

120 Grangeway sits just east of the Progress Avenue and McCowan Road intersection.

The Goldman Group is proposing a new east-west street that would divide the site into two blocks. The north block would house three towers atop a shared five-to-eight storey podium.

These towers would stand 50, 45 and 35 storeys, while maintaining the city’s suggested 25-metre separation between each.

The south block would house a similar structure, with the remaining towers reaching 34, 48 and 52 storeys. The two podiums in this development would share almost 50,000 square-feet of retail space, along with two levels of underground parking and five levels of above-ground.

At 120 Grangeway Avenue, a total of 2,383 residential units are proposed, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom-with-den layouts. With a sleek design by Richmond Architects, we’re expecting this community to bring an urban edge to the steadily-intensifying neighbourhood of Scarborough City Centre.

Location & Neighbourhood

We’ve definitely been seeing an increase in proposals for the area around Scarborough Town Centre. Much of this has been encouraged by the upcoming plans to extend Scarborough’s transit system.

120 grangeway is ideally situated to be adjacent to the upcoming terminal station, which will act as the terminus for the subway line, as well as connect to regional bus networks and the GO system. The area currently scores a 96/100 on its Transit Score, making it a great spot for those who commute on a regular basis.

In this neighbourhood you’re also close to the recently-renovated Scarborough Town Centre, the fourth-largest shopping centre in the GTA. Here you’ll find over 250 retailers, a Cineplex Cinemas and a light-filled dining area with an abundance of restaurants to choose from.
