Bicycle spaces will also be available with 290 long-term and 32 short-term spaces. Although parking space is limited, future residents will be living in a transit-oriented community just minutes from the Line 1 and future Line 5 subway stations.
The exterior of the condominium will resemble other residential buildings nearby. The building will have a podium rising from a height of 4-storeys along Redpath Avenue, 7-storeys on Erskine Ave and then transitioning up to a height of 12-storeys on the side and rear part of the building.
This development will feature a contemporary look with light-tones throughout the exterior and glass elements including glazing on the balconies and large floor-to-ceiling windows that will bring in the most natural light.

133 Erskine Avenue Condos is located near Yonge and Eglinton, known as one of the four areas in Toronto that have high commercial activity.
