Parking spaces will be found in a three level underground garage with 87 vehicle parking spaces separated between 53 residential, 32 visitor and 2 short-term parking spaces.
Bicycle spaces will also be available with 290 long-term and 32 short-term spaces. Although parking space is limited, future residents will be living in a transit-oriented community just minutes from the Line 1 and future Line 5 subway stations.
The exterior of the condominium will resemble other residential buildings nearby. The building will have a podium rising from a height of 4-storeys along Redpath Avenue, 7-storeys on Erskine Ave and then transitioning up to a height of 12-storeys on the side and rear part of the building.
This development will feature a contemporary look with light-tones throughout the exterior and glass elements including glazing on the balconies and large floor-to-ceiling windows that will bring in the most natural light.
Location & Neighbourhood
133 Erskine Avenue Condos is located near Yonge and Eglinton, known as one of the four areas in Toronto that have high commercial activity. Yonge and Eglinton Centre is one example of a popular location for residents to shop as it’s known for many big-name brands and retail stores. The neighbourhood is also known for having an array of local restaurants all within walking distance.
The neighbourhood around this condominium has excellent transit, with Eglinton Station being less than a 10-minute walk and many bus lines running on every corner. Additionally, this development will be just minutes from Mount Pleasant Station that will run on the Line 5 Egltinton Crosstown LRT. These transit options make commuting without a vehicle easy for longer commutes, saving residents money. As a result, this location has a transit score of 86 out of 100.
Other amenities include schools, many of which are within walking distance for children.
