This development will also feature a new public park south of the towers, providing residents and visitors with nearly 31,000 sq. ft. of green space. Combined with future phases adjoining this site, the parkland will total almost 120,000 sq. ft. of beautifully manicured spaces, relaxing walking paths, children’s play areas, and a central water feature or sculpture.

137 Steeles Avenue West Condos enjoys an incredibly attractive location in Brampton, with desirable proximity to many neighbourhood amenities, including transit, shopping, education, and more. Steeles and Hurontario are vital arterial roads and provide connectivity to bus rapid transit, highways, and GO train stations.
Investors can look forward to increased transit and walk scores (currently sitting respectably in the high 60s) upon completion of the Hurontario LRT — aka the Hazel McCallion Line — in 2024. The final stop of this higher-order transit service will be about 500 metres away at the Brampton Gateway Terminal, providing fleet passage throughout Mississauga.
