141 Davisville Avenue Condo units will be divided into 61 studios, 92 one-bedrooms, 120 one-bedrooms plus dens, 105 two-bedrooms, and 45 three-bedrooms. Of these suites, 16 studio and 16 one-bedroom units will include knock-out panels or demising walls that can be used to turn these spaces into two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms.
This building will be entirely retained, and the space between the existing and proposed buildings will be used as a private driveway in addition to passive landscaping with planters and a seating area. The condo project will sit on the site’s northern portion and will front the south side of Davisville Avenue and the west side of Pailton Crescent.
A total of 13,688 square feet of top-of-the-line amenity space will elevate the lives of residents. The development will also include a beautiful, new 1,938 square foot privately-owned, publicly accessible open space – or POPS – east of the condo project, at the southwest corner of Davisville Avenue and Pailton Crescent.

The visitor spots will be shared among the two buildings.
Residents will also have access to 424 bicycle parking spaces. The spots will be divided into 381 long-term spaces and 43 short-term spaces. They will be located on the ground floor, the first underground floor, and the third underground floor.
