This development will be built in four phases, starting from the west and moving eastward. The first phase will construct an 11-storey condo with 168 units; the second phase will add a 15-storey condo with 284 units; the third phase will be another 15-storey condo with 284 units and two townhome blocks with 12 units; and the final phase will be a 16-storey condo with 355 units and three townhome blocks with 28 units.
A grand total of 1,131 units will include 1,091 condo suites in one- to three-bedroom sizes and 40 townhome units. The condo unit breakdown will be 845 one-bedroom, 196 two-bedroom, and 50 three-bedroom suites — well-suited for a mixed community of individuals, couples, and families. All four condo buildings will feature retail space on the ground floor facing Queenston St, providing shopping convenience to the community.
Each building will also have two levels of underground parking, providing a total of 818 parking spaces (649 residential and 169 visitor spaces) on the development site. Each townhouse will have a private garage and driveway. Additionally, 140 bike spaces will be provided throughout the development.

Further west, Queenston St becomes more of a main street, turning south into Downtown St. Catharines.
