A grand total of 1,131 units will include 1,091 condo suites in one- to three-bedroom sizes and 40 townhome units. The condo unit breakdown will be 845 one-bedroom, 196 two-bedroom, and 50 three-bedroom suites — well-suited for a mixed community of individuals, couples, and families.
