15 Charles Street East Condos

15 Charles Street East Condos will be a distinct slender high-rise point tower with bright colours and a unique shape. The project should contain a 6-storey podium with 146 square metres of retail space at grade, enhancing the streetscape and pedestrian walkway in the evolving neighbourhood.

This attractive condo will provide 1,104 square metres of indoor amenity space and 280 square metres of outdoor amenity space distributed throughout the development. Indoor amenity space is located within the southern portion of levels 3 to 7. The 7th-floor indoor amenity space extends into the 280 square metres of outdoor amenity space that wraps around the southern and eastern edges of the podium, providing a continuous transition between these areas.

On the 7th floor, we expect a dynamic terrace with views of the city and comfortable lounging and seating areas. As for the indoor amenities, we can expect these areas to contain world-class facilities such as gym studios, yoga rooms, lounge and entertainment units, and co-working spaces.

In addition to retail space, the ground floor will also contain soaring ceilings in the lobby, acting as a warm and welcoming greeting and waiting area. The use of glazing at grade allows for views into the building and out to the public realm. Trees will also be provided surrounding this area for visual appeal and privacy.

A total of 65 parking spaces, inclusive of 10 shared visitor and commercial parking spaces, will be provided for the proposed development in a five-level underground parking garage. The development will also contain 550 resident bicycle parking spaces on the 2nd floor of the podium.
