Although we do not know the exact specifics of the amenity usage we can expect these floors to provide top-tier amenities inclusive of fitness facilities, lounge spaces, a party room, and perhaps even a pool and sauna. Additionally, the condo will contain a three-level underground garage with 134 car parking spaces and 365 bicycle parking spaces.

The condo will exude sophistication with its grid and white patterned facades. The massing features a recessed podium with a tower cantilevered above it supported by a group of four ‘supercolumns’ that extend five storeys high. This will make for a distinctively tall and appealing addition to the predominantly low-rise neighbourhood.

15 Hollis Street Condos is located in a currently underutilized area that is expected to rapidly grow in the coming years. This area is seeing the emergence of more condos and infrastructure making this an excellent place to invest in for the future.
