1593 Highland Road West Condos will be a new modern condominium development by LJM Developments in Kitchener. These 13 and 16 storey pre-construction towers will be located at 1593 Highland Rd W.
Two tower connected by a 6-storey shared podium. There will be 403 residential units and over 11,000 square-feet of office space within close proximity to Kitchener’s major tech industry.
1593 Highland Road West Condos will consist of a mixed-use condo project with two modern towers connected to a podium. One tower will be 13-storeys high and will come with 187 residential units while the second tower will be 16-storeys with 216 units.
In total, there will be 403 residential units that will range from one to three bedrooms.
The 6-storey shared podium will hold the amenity space, commercial and office space. With over 11,000 square-feet of commercial and office space, this development will create an attractive and liveable space for future residents and support both residential and employment growth in this area.
There will be over 17,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenities which includes a rooftop terrace at the top of the podium. This podium will provide a visual interest to the exterior and will create space and separation between the towers. There will also be a two-level underground parking garage with 403 parking spaces for residents, 40 parking spaces for visitors, 31 designated for the commercial space and 27 additional parking spaces.
