1710 Ellesmere Road Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Tridel in Scarborough. These five gleaming residential towers with a total of 2,392 residential units are located at 1710 Ellesmere Rd, steps from the corner of McCowan Rd and Ellesmere Rd.

Overall, 2,392 new units will be built in various sizes — 2 townhouses, 82 studios, 1,476 one-bedroom, 610 two-bedroom, and 222 three-bedroom suites — suitable for a dynamic, mixed community of individuals and families. Details about features and finishes are TBA, but based on previous projects by this developer, we can expect well-appointed suites with modern details and spacious layouts.
