The first condo, aka Building A, will be an 11-storey mixed-use building fronting onto Finch Avenue West, with 222 residential units and 26 square metres of retail located at grade. Residents here will have access to amenities such as a mail, room, lobby, and outdoor terraces located at several levels. This will be the tallest building anchoring the rest of the development.
