This 14-storey pre-construction is located at 1860 Keele Street near Keele and Eglinton Avenue West. 1860 Keele Street Condos will have a modern architectural design with neutral tones, large windows and stepbacks from the fifth to eleventh floor forming terraces around the north side of the building. Location & Neighbourhood
This mid-rise will sit between Keele Street and Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto. Investors can expect this development to be considered a transit-supportive project as it will be just steps from the future Line 5: Eglinton Crosstown LRT. This proposal was created largely because of its close proximity to the future Keelesdale Station which will run on Line 5. Keelesdale Station will be a close walk away from this development and residents can easily connect to Line 1’s Cedarvale Station in just four stops.
From there, they can take the Yonge-University Line to Union Station in just 20 minutes. This access to transit gives this property an 84 out of 100 on its Transit Score. Additionally, residents will find many streetcars and buses that run through this area as well taking commuters in and out of the city in a breeze.
