A massive development is coming to the south-east corner of Steeles Avenue and Dufferin Street.
1875 Steeles Avenue West Condos is a new condominium development by Tenblock in North York. This new multi-tower pre-construction project is located at 1875 Steeles Ave W in Bathurst Manor neighbourhood just 5 minutes from York University and Seneca College.
The three towers will sit atop an enormous 3-storey podium that will hold the amenity space and above ground parking. The first building, Building A, will reach 38-storeys high while Building B will rise 39-storeys and Building C will be 10-storeys high. This entire complex will hold an incredible 814 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms.
1875 Steeles Avenue West Condos will be more than just a condo project, it will be an entire complex that will provide modern and spacious residential units. Investors can expect three modern towers connected by a shared 3-storey podium. The towers will be distinguished as Building A, B and C. Building A will sit in the south-side of the complex, reaching 38-storeys and will hold 398 residential units.
Building B and C will be located on the north-side of the complex, built right beside one another. Building B will rise 39-storeys and will hold 296 units while Building C will reach 10-storeys with 120 units. The 3-storey podium will sit in a u-shape taking up most of the complex. In total, this development will hold 814 residential units, mixed between:
- 363 – One Bedroom Units
- 346 – Two Bedrooms
- 105 – Three Bedrooms
The podium will hold above ground parking and the indoor and outdoor amenities. There will be over 18,000 square-feet of indoor amenities and over 21,000 square-feet of outdoor amenities including a large outdoor terrace on the top of the third floor podium, overlooking the lush green valley lands on the east side of this development. There will also be another outdoor terrace on the top of the eighth floor to give residents a better view of the city.
This development will provide a modern architectural design with concrete paneling, setbacks moving from the third storey podium up to the ninth storey, large windows and black framing around each window to add a contrast to the design.
We can expect the interiors to reflect the exterior of the development with spacious, open-concept suites with modern features and finishes.
