A new mixed-use two-tower development is coming to a growing community in Toronto.

189 Old Weston Road Condos is a new mixed-us condominium development by Limen Developments in Toronto. This pre-construction project will sit at 189 Old Weston Rd, near Old Weston Rd and St. Clair Ave West in the Carleton Village neighbourhood.

It will consist of an 8-storey and 20-storey tower by a shared podium.
This development will bring 346 residential units between one to three bedrooms. It will also sit in a transit-oriented area just steps from the future St. Clair SmartTrack Station.

Amenities

189 Old Weston Road Condos will be a modern condominium that will bring retail space and generous residential suites to a growing community. This pre-construction condo will consist of an 8-storey and 20-storey tower that will be connected by a 4-storey shared podium. There will be 346 residential suites with a wide-range of sizes including:

212 – One Bedroom
86 – Two Bedroom
48 – Three Bedroom

The ground floor will consist of a grand lobby and over 12,000 square-feet of retail space. The complex will also include a landscaped open-space area for residents to connect and unwind. This open space area will have a pathway for pedestrians and cyclists. There will be over 33,000 square-feet of amenity space located within the podium of the building. A large outdoor terrace will be on the top of the podium.

The non-residential component of this development will include a 4-storey building that will be used for a collection of arts and retail space.

This portion of the development will be focused on giving back to the community by providing an art studio for local artists, exhibition rooms and 4,000 square-feet of retail space. An underground garage will provide 243 parking spaces for residents and visitors. Plus, bicycle parking spaces will be provided for long-term and short-term use.
