193 Water Street South Condos is a new high-rise condominium by LJM Developments in Cambridge. These five 15-storey pre-construction condo buildings with 991 units are located at 193 Water St S, in the Christopher-Champlain neighbourhood near Water Street South and Cedar Street.

Five levels of parking within the buildings will house 1,176 parking spaces. The first parking level will have 168 residential spaces and 99 visitor spaces. The second level will have 254 residential spots, while the third and fourth levels will each have 215 residential spots. The fifth level will have 225 residential spaces.
That’s not all. There will be 693 bicycle parking spaces that will be divided into 99 visitor spaces and 594 residential spaces.
A public parkette will also be developed on 62 Highman Avenue, providing residents with additional outdoor recreational space.
