This development will offer an ultra-modern architectural design with concrete, aluminium and metal panels, large glass windows and inset balconies. The building will offer different tones of grey and hints of lilac on the first and second floor used as the spandrel glazing and around the windows throughout the building.

This development will be located on the north side of Lawrence Avenue, between Warden and Victoria Park Avenue. This development is just walking distance from many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. There are many things to do in this neighbourhood including Cineplex Cinemas, Laser Quest, Funnelz Indoor Party and Play Centre, Aga Khan Museum and The Ontario Science Centre.
