Occupying the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Windermere Avenue, this project is proposed as a two-tower structure, anchored by an expansive podium that reaches between three and seven storeys.
A 21-storey tower will occupy the western side of the site, while a 26-storey tower will occupy the eastern side.
