Occupying the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Windermere Avenue, this project is proposed as a two-tower structure, anchored by an expansive podium that reaches between three and seven storeys.

A 21-storey tower will occupy the western side of the site, while a 26-storey tower will occupy the eastern side. The podium will feature two separate residential lobbies as well as over 10,000 square feet of retail space, fronting onto the two main streets. The podium is also expected to house over 13,000 square feet of indoor space on the third and eighth floors, connected to the same amount of outdoor amenity space.

Designed as a unique, sculptural element that’s likely to be easily recognizable on this part of the skyline, the towers will house 607 residential units between them. The developers have tentatively proposed a mix of 60 % one-bedroom, 30 % two-bedroom and 10 % three-bedroom units, which will make for a diverse range of housing and layout options. A five-level underground garage will accommodate 496 spaces for residents.
