A “living street” offers an enhanced pedestrian experience between the buildings.
Thoughtfully designed to break up the perceived mass of the entire building and facilitate vehicle and pedestrian access, the multifunctional podium will house 71,365 sq. ft. office space and 20,613 sq. ft. commercial space on the ground floor. It also features a series of setbacks and a glazed bridge to provide attractive and exclusive terraces for condo residents.

Location & Neighbourhood
2 County Court Boulevard Condos is a fantastic investment, thanks to upcoming transit developments. Hurontario St is a major arterial road in Brampton that is renamed Main St north of Steeles Ave. It is serviced by multiple bus routes, as is County Court Blvd, so getting around is incredibly easy. This corner already enjoys phenomenal public transit access provided by two systems — Brampton Transit and MiWay — with buses stopping right at the intersection of County Court and Hurontario.
There are also three very accessible GO Transit stations within 7 km of the condo site along both Hurontario and nearby Steeles. A stop of the upcoming Hurontario Light Rail Transit/Hazel McCallion Line is planned for County Court, which will offer faster and better access into Mississauga down to Port Credit.
