This new condo project will create modern and sleek living spaces for residents in Toronto.
2 Denarda Street Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by KingSett Capita in Toronto. These two 44- and 43-storey pre-construction condo towers with 1070 units are located at 2 Denarda St, between Weston Rd and Eglinton Ave W in the Mount Dennis neighbourhood.
These buildings have convenient access to the Keele Subway Station and the upcoming Mount Dennis GO Station.
The breathtaking views from the two tall towers are a result of their impressive number of storeys. Tower A sits 43 storeys high with 561 residential units, whereas Tower B sits 44 storeys high with 509 residential units. Both the towers will sit atop a 6-storey base building which will frame Denarda Street.
Both 2 Denarda Street Condo towers will accommodate parking within two levels of an underground garage which will be allocated for short-term use and parking bicycles. The first tower will provide 30 visitor parking spots and 564 bicycle parking spaces, out of which 58 will be intended for short-term use. The second tower will provide 27 visitor parking spots and 511 bicycle parking spaces, with 459 of them allocated for short-term use.
The amenities will be located on the ground floor and the seventh floor of each tower. Tower A and B will have separate outdoor amenities for families and pets, as well as a dedicated pet wash area in both towers. Tower B will be equipped with an outdoor amenities lounge along with a children’s play area. The lower floors of both towers will be clad in glass and metal for a sleek and polished look along Denarda Street.
Towers A and B will also have short-term bike storage areas. Both towers will be outlined with a roundabout pedestrian clearway, benches, and a row of trees, along with a dropped curb for accessibility.
Location & Neighbourhood
2 Denarda Street Condos is within walking distance to the Weston GO Station along with the Mount Dennis GO Station and Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown LRT. Several bus routes that pass through the Mount Dennis neighbourhood will serve the station, along with GO trains and the UP (Union Pearson) Express.
The neighbourhood is also home to some top-notch parks such as Fergy Brownf Park, Keelesdale South Park, Pearen Park, Portage Gardens Park, and Gladhurst Park. The Toronto Public Library Mount Dennis Branch, along with The Art Conservatory Inc. and York Recreation Centre, is only minutes away from this development.
