Four exclusive upscale towers are set to rise in this trendy North York neighbourhood.
2 The Donway East Condos is a new condominium development by Plaza Partners in North York. This pre-construction project will sit at 2 The Donway E, near Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue East in the Don Mills neighbourhood. This chic residential towers ranging from 16 to 32 storeys. The condos will feature contemporary designs generally rectangular in shape but with a singular rounder corner and curvilinear elements along the street frontages. The buildings will all feature contrasting brick, metallic and glass materials.
Above each podium, the proposed tower elements will be designed with a series of eye-catching platinum-coloured metal and glass materials.
A total of 800 vehicle parking spaces will be provided, consisting of 681 spots for residents and 119 spots for residential visitors. All required parking will be located below grade within two underground parking structures.
