2 Union Street Condos is a new high-rise condominium development in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 2 Union St, near Old Weston Road and St Clair Ave West in the Stockyard District neighbourhood. This visionary project will include a total of 1,364 new condo units spread across three towers with heights of 43, 49 and 39 storeys.

The indoor amenity space will be located on ground 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th floors of the North Towers and the 7th and 8th floors of the South Tower. The outdoor amenity space will be located on the ground, 5th and 7th floors of the North Towers and the ground and 7th floors of the South Tower.

We can expect the 2 Union Street Condo amenity spaces to contain fully-equipped gym facilities, comfortable lounging areas, entertainment rooms, family-friendly spaces and more. We also expect the outdoor areas to house expansive terraces with patio furnishes and bbq facilities for friends and families to enjoy during the warmer seasons.

2 Union Street will be located in Toronto’s transforming Stockyard District, becoming extremely transit-oriented and set for growth. A former industrial district, has now gained the attention of homebuyers due to its proximity to convenient commercial strips, parks and new residential developments.
