212 Steeles Avenue West Condos is a mixed-use high-rise condominium development in Thornhill. This pore-construction project will feature four high-rise towers and over 1,000 residential suites. It’s located at 212 Steeles Ave W, the northeast corner of Steeles Ave and Hilda Ave, just west of Yonge St.

212 Steeles Avenue West Condos will be built in two phases. On the eastern portion, 12- and 37-storey towers oriented north and south will share a 1-storey podium. Both towers in this first phase will feature stepbacks after the 6th floor and offer 385 units (10 studio, 196 one-bedroom, 161 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom suites) plus 16,293 sq. ft. of amenity space (10,538 sq. ft. indoor and 5,755 sq. ft. outdoor).
The second phase will feature two more towers at 24- and 43-storeys high on the western portion of the site. Connected by a podium with irregular, staggered heights of 1 and 6 storeys as well, these towers will hold 700 units (5 studio, 371 one-bedroom, 218 two-bedroom, and 106 three-bedroom suites) and offer 36,146 sq. ft. of amenity space (13,813 sq. ft. indoor and 22,333 sq. ft. outdoor).
There will also be a brand new public park built at the north end of the site, accounting for a whopping 30,000–plus sq. ft. of space to meet friends, sit comfortably, or run around with kids and pets. Other smaller public spaces with attractive landscaping and paving will provide a pedestrian-friendly public realm around the condos.
These buildings will sport warm and welcoming facades of wood and brick in earthy mid-tones plus white stone and full-height windows that provide a refreshingly grounded look amid the concrete jungle of this urban neighbourhood. And numerous rooftop terraces providing spacious outdoor amenities for residents make this a desirable place to call home.
Within the total 1,085 units that will be built, private balconies and terraces (as per suite floor plan) will provide additional outdoor space for residents. Four levels of underground parking will permit space for 875 residential and 100 visitor vehicles. Additional bike storage will be provided on P1 and ground levels for 686 long-term and 45 short-term bike parking.

Location & Neighbourhood
212 Steeles Ave West Condos offers convenient transit-oriented living at the pivotal crossroads of Toronto, Vaughan, and Markham. This busy commercial area by Yonge and Steeles sports an excellent transit score of 75.
As a new subway station will be coming to the nearby intersection just a short walk away, expect the transit score (and condo market value) to increase dramatically here. Upon completion of the Yonge North Subway Extension, it will become faster and easier to travel from Toronto to Richmond Hill. And exciting plans for rapid transit along Steeles itself forecasts even greater connectivity in the future.
For now, riders can enjoy access to TTC, YRT, and VIVA bus routes along both Steeles and Yonge. And, of course, Finch Station is just one quick drive or bus ride away, offering the fastest way into Downtown Toronto.
Without needing to travel very far, residents will find plenty of everyday convenience at Centrepoint Mall across the street. Shoppers can pick up groceries at No Frills, odds and ends at Canadian Tire, or the latest fashions at Hudson’s Bay.
