Initial building phases will see the construction of an office/hotel building, senior retirement housing with retail space, and rental housing (reaching a maximum of 28 storeys) plus over 60,000 sq. ft. of attractive parks and open spaces. All these newly constructed buildings will form a collection of soaring glass edifices of mid-rise and high-rise towers topped with green roofs.

Scarborough is an area with many family-friendly and urban conveniences. Plenty of parks, schools, commercial centres, and employment areas provide everything you need in the city. And upcoming transit developments make this an exciting site for investment.
Currently, 22 Metropolitan Road Condos sport a respectable transit score of 61 out of 100, striking a balance between dependence on cars and public transportation. Although Hwy 401 provides an easy way for drivers to travel across Toronto, and the interchange with Hwy 404 is less than 4 km away, there are also plenty of options for alternative travel.
Warden Ave and nearby Ellesmere Rd are served by express and regular TTC bus routes, with one bus stop at the end of Metropolitan Rd. The Ellesmere subway station is 3 km away and provides access to Line 3, which travels from McCowan Station down to Kennedy Station, where passengers can switch to Line 2. Agincourt GO Station is 3.5 km away and provides access to the Stouffville GO line. Additionally, commuters can also hop onto GO buses at Scarborough Town Centre.
