Building A makes up the first structure with a four-storey, square podium containing ground-floor indoor amenity space making for quick and easy access to lifestyle amenities which could include spacious and tranquil lounge areas and fully-equipped fitness centres.
Adjacent to the grade-level indoor amenity space will be the outdoor amenity area and four three-bedroom live-work units, along with locker rooms and residential units.
