This project will combine two high-rise towers and a selection of townhomes on a prime site just minutes from restaurants, the GO station and the Agincourt Mall. This developer favours sleek, urban-inspired amenities in their buildings, so we predict this one will feature similar spaces. These communal facilities often include rooftop terraces and lounge areas with wet bars and fireplaces.
In addition, a new road is proposed for the site, which will eventually connect the residential component with a commercial plaza to the east, also slated for redevelopment. 571 parking spaces will be available for residents, housed in a three-level underground garage.

Agincourt is a growing neighbourhood that puts you in close proximity to everything Scarborough has to offer.
With just a ten-minute walk to the GO station, bus routes and a quick drive to major highways, getting around here is easy, whether you’re running errands in the neighbourhood or commuting elsewhere in the region.
Scarborough Town Centre is a short distance away, serving as the district’s main retail and lifestyle hub. Anchored by big brand retailers such as Hudson’s Bay, Zara and Walmart Supercentre, it also features a cinema, GoodLife gym and a recently-modernized dining market.
The mall also acts as Scarborough’s main transit terminal, with a rapid transit station that connects directly to Toronto’s subway line.
