241 Redpath Avenue Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by MOD Developments Inc in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 241 Redpath Ave, just north-east of the Yonge and Eglinton intersection in Midtown Toronto.
will be a modern, 35-storey residential development that will sit atop an 11-storey podium. This project will hold 387 residential units that will range from bachelor to three-bedroom floor plans.
Proposed by MOD Developments, this tower will have a modern architectural design with sharp lines, reflective glass windows, glass balconies and stainless-steel window framing and panelling.
This development will be built in a transit-oriented area with the Eglinton Subway Station just up the street that runs on the Yonge-University Line 1 Subway and will soon connect to the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
241 Redpath Avenue Condos will be an incredible 35-storey tower just a couple of blocks north of the vibrant Yonge and Eglinton Square. This condominium will sit atop an 11-storey podium that will hold many residential suites and most of the amenities. The residential units will be divided between:
- 48 – Studio Units
- 210 – One Bedroom Units
- 94 – Two Bedroom Units
- 35 – Three Bedroom Units
This tower will replace a 16-storey rental apartment building that currently sits in the development site. To make up for the loss of the rental apartment, this development will include 46 rental units in the building along with 341 residential units, bringing the total number of units to 387.
The wide-range of residential suites will accommodate everyone from the young professional to growing families. Additionally, investors will also find that this development will offer over 13,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenities located on the eighth floor of the podium including a large outdoor terrace to give residents the chance to overlook the city.
Parking spaces will be provided as well with 332 vehicle parking spaces reserved for residents and visitors along with 348 bicycle spaces. This development still has yet to confirm the details of the residential suites, however, we can expect this project to come with spacious interiors and modern features and finishes.
