2451 Dufferin Street Condos will contain vehicular access to the building will off Roselawn Avenue with a two way ‘C’ shaped drop-off area, which also provides entry to the loading bay and underground parking entrance. Parking will be provided exclusively underground with two levels of underground parking and 254 parking spaces (231 residential and 23 visitors). A total of 462 bicycle parking spaces is proposed (416 long-term and 46 short-term): long-term bicycle parking will be provided on P1, and short-term bicycle parking will be provided at surface level.
