2499 Victoria Park Avenue Condos is a new mixed-use mid-rise condominium development by SmartLiving in Scarborough. This pre-construction condo is located at 2499 Victoria Park Ave , the south-east corner of Victoria Park and Sheppard Avenue East in the Tam O’Shanter-Sullivan neighbourhood.

This building along with a few townhomes will have retail space on the ground floor, 354 residential units and 117 parking spaces.

This wide-range of unit mix will create comfortable living spaces for anyone, with any lifestyle. There will be retail space at grade with large floor-to-ceiling windows to draw in traffic from the street as well as to provide more conveniences to residents in the building.

This development will have a little over 5,500 square-feet of dedicated retail space on the ground floor.

There will also be over 16,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, most of which will be located on the fourth floor. Based on some of SmartLiving’s previous projects, we can expect the units to have spacious open-concept floor plans and bright interior designs.

There will be private balconies in every suite to give residents the chance to overlook the city.

2499 Victoria Park Avenue Condos will feature a modern architectural design with grey brick and light-coloured porcelain panels running through it. The window walls will be tinted while the glass balcony will have a mix of frosted glass or tinted grey glass. The mix of warm and cool tones throughout the building will make it stand out from other buildings in the area.

Location & Neighbourhood

This neighbourhood is surrounded by many local amenities. Fairview Mall is just an 8 minute drive north-west of this development. This shopping centre is known for its dynamic shopping experience with many brand-name stores, specialty shops, medical and financial services and restaurants. There is also a Cineplex Cinemas in the mall as well to give residents a full shopping and entertainment experience. Parkway Mall is another shopping centre located just 5 minutes south of this development.
