26 Cosburn Avenue Condos is a new 27-storey high-rise condominium by Kingsett Capital in Toronto. This 27-storey pre-construction project with a 6-storey base is located at 26 Cosburn Ave in the East York neighbourhood.
This condo development will include 272 suites with a unit mix of studio units, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms.
26 Cosburn Avenue Condos will contain 272 suites including 54 studio units, 106 one-bedrooms, 84 two-bedrooms, and 28 three-bedrooms. Of the units, eight will be 2-storey ground-related units accessed from Cosburn Avenue or the proposed POPS along the west side of the development. Suites will have stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that welcome a great deal of natural light.
There will be three levels of underground parking with 69 vehicular parking spaces. Of the spaces, 16 will be for visitors, and 53 will be for residents. What’s more, 4 of the spaces are accessible, and 14 parking spaces have EVSE capabilities.
The first level of underground parking will have 12 visitor parking spaces. The second level will have 22 residential parking spaces and 4 visitor parking spaces, while the third level will have 31 resident parking spaces.
Residents will also have access to 273 bicycle parking spaces, including 245 long-term bicycle parking spaces and 28 short-term bicycle parking spaces. Of the long-term bicycle parking spots, 151 will be located in two secure bicycle parking rooms on the first floor of underground parking. The other 94 long-term spots and short-term sports will be in a secure bike parking room on the second floor.
Residents will enjoy 1,513 square feet of indoor amenity space on the north side of the second floor. An additional two-storey 1,161 square foot indoor amenity area will be located on the third floor above the lobby. Another two-storey indoor amenity space of 1,287 square feet will be on the fifth floor about the third-floor amenity space. The seventh floor will have a 2,514 square foot indoor amenity space connected to two outdoor amenity areas, a 2,158 square foot space on the north side of the building and a 3,076 square foot space on the roof of the sixth floor at the southeast corner of the building.
26 Cosburn Avenue Condos will include a 2,321 square foot park proposed along the west side of the condominium. This park will provide residents with a place for gatherings, recreation, relaxation, and getting fresh air. To top it off, there will be a 2,403 square foot Privately Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS) to the west and south of the principal building facades. This POPS will partially wrap around the southwest corner of the development. It will include elegant hardscaping, plantings, and seating areas. The POPS and the park will act as a cohesive public open space, enlivening the condo project and public realm.
