Location & Neighbourhood

This project is located on the southern side of Lawrence Avenue East in the Bendale neighbourhood of Scarborough. To its north is an existing low-rise commercial building, to the east is a place of worship, to its south is an electricity corridor, and to its west are existing low-rise commercial buildings as well as mid-rise residential buildings.

The commercial building directly across the street is a small shopping centre that includes a Fresh Co grocery store, so you ‘ll always be able to pick up your odds and ends. There is also a bank, pharmacy, restaurants, and multiple services here.

There are a lot of other eateries around this site too. There’s also another pharmacy and grocery store. Everything you could ever need will be at your doorstep.

There is fantastic public transit around here as well. Both Lawrence Avenue East and Midland Avenue have street level transit, which can take you around your local neighbourhood. There is also a subway station nearby in Lawrence East Station. This hooks up to Line 3 Scarborough, and riders can easily transfer to Line 2 Bloor-Danforth in one stop. Lawrence East Station is only a 6 minute walk away from your new condo.
