An exciting new condo project is being proposed in the heart of the Lawrence Park South neighbourhood, which is just north of Yonge and Eglinton

2674 Yonge Street Condos is a new nine-storey mid-rise mixed-use condo development by Triage Development Corp in Toronto. This pre-construction project is locatedt at 2674 Yonge Street, just north of Yonge and Eglinton at the southwest corner of Alexandra Boulevard and Yonge Street in the Lawrence Park South neighbourhood

The plan covers over 25,000 square feet of space and offers 127 residential units with a mix of one, two and three bedroom suites.

Amenities

2674 Yonge Street Condos will offer both residential and commercial retail space along Yonge Street that will be suited for small shops, services, cafes and restaurants between the historic Alexandra Gates and the corner of Snider Park.

The 127 generously-sized suites will comprise 40 one bedrooms, 40 two bedrooms and 16 three bedroom suites.

The application did not indicate if rentals would be included in the new building; however, there are 31 units from the existing rental structure that are going to be dedicated rental replacement apartments that are made up of 23 one bedrooms and eight two bedroom suites located on the second and third floors.

The plan also includes the development of two and three bedroom ground floor townhomes in the range of 586 to 1,055 square feet in space.

Residents will also have access to a two-level underground parking garage that will accommodate a total of 82 parking spaces, whereby 68 spaces will be dedicated solely for residential use. There will also be 130 bicycle parking spaces included in the underground garage to help accommodate and encourage active lifestyles.

A total of approximately 4500 square feet of indoor (3,000) and outdoor (1,500) amenity space will be made available exclusively to all residents in the building. The building amenities will be located on both the ground and seventh floors, adjacent to the public park, and includes a dog-wash and pet relief station.

Location & Neighbourhood

2674 Yonge Street Condos is located in Lytton Park and Lawrence Park South which are two of Toronto’s most sought after neighbourhoods. It’s a neighbourhood that is home to many professionals, including doctors, lawyers, stock brokers and corporate executives who enjoy the quiet charm this area provides.

While the area is known for containing many beautiful homes on large lots, the one thing that makes it so popular is its proximity to some of the city’s best public and private schools. There are some highly sought-after schools in this neighbourhood such as John Ross Robertson Junior Public School, Glenview Senior Public School, Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute, and Havergal College.
