2699 Keele Street Condos is a new modern condominium development by Worsley Urban in North York. This pre-construction condo is located at 2699 Keele St, near Keele St and Wilson Avenue just north of Highway 401 in the Downsview neighbourhood.

We can also expect the residential suites to come with modern features and finishes to complement the exterior of the building. There will be over 16,000 square-feet of amenity space that will include large outdoor terraces on the third and ninth floors.
The retail space will be available on the ground floor and an enhanced public realm that will make the building visually pleasing from the street. There will also be 372 vehicle parking spaces for residents, visitors and commercial use. Although many residents may not need a car in this area because this development is in a transit-oriented area with TTC buses running just outside of this building that will take them directly to Wilson Station.

2699 Keele Street Condos is located in the thriving northwest-end of the city, this development will be near many parks and urban amenities. To start, this building will be just 9 minutes away from Downsview Park as well as many other parks including Maple Leafs Park, North Wood Park and many golf courses including Oakdale Golf & Country Club and Humber Valley Golf Course.
