2699 Keele Street Condos

2699 Keele Street Condos will feature a modern architectural style with light neutral tones and glass elements with large windows that cover most of the building and glass balconies. There will be a mid-rise portion on the east-side of the building that will rise up to 11-storeys while the rest of the building will reach 24-storeys. This development is proposed to have 398 residential units that will be divided between:

• 118 – One Bedroom + Den
• 82 – Two Bedroom Units
• 36 – Three Bedroom Units

These suites are expected to come in a range of sizes to accommodate anyone at any stage of life. We can also expect the residential suites to come with modern features and finishes to complement the exterior of the building. There will be over 16,000 square-feet of amenity space that will include large outdoor terraces on the third and ninth floors.
