Description
The recently revitalized neighbourhood of Trefann Court is about to get a chic new addition, with 28 River Street Condos which is a new pre-construction project in Toronto.
Rosewater’s proposal calls for a 15-storey structure with 162 units on the west side of River Street just north of Queen. RAW Designs is handling architectural plans for the building and they’ve released renderings showing an attractive, textured structure that compliments the streetscape and features a series of staggered balconies and terraces. The unit mix features a truly diverse selection of layouts, including 27 bachelor suites, 78 one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom, and 17 three-bedroom floor plans.
The ground floor will be occupied by retail, with a small selection of residential suites, plus indoor and outdoor amenity space. An expansive rooftop patio and indoor entertaining space are proposed for the top floor, which will offer fantastic views of the Don River and the vibrant streetscape of this dynamic neighbourhood.
The developer is known for their luxurious boutique condos and we’re expecting this new building to feature some of their usual touches. These include plush seating and modern party facilities, with suites that feature rich hardwoods, stainless steel appliances and oasis-like bathrooms.
