3 Swift Drive is a new High-rise condominium by Republic Developments in North York. This pre-construction project is located at Victoria Park Avenue and Eglinton Ave East in the Victoria Village neighbourhood. 3 Swift Drive will be a connected 39-storey and 28-storey high-rise containing a total of 824 residential units.

The luxurious suites will be available in 46 studios, 229 one-bedrooms, 251 one-bedroom and dens, 213 two-bedrooms and 85 three-bedrooms.

3 Swift Drive is an eye-catching new condo development set to bring new opportunities to this thriving neighbourhood. This ambitious development will add hundreds of new units to accommodate diverse investors and buyers.

Its two-tower design will allow it to contain various uses inclusive of a seven-storey podium comprised of townhouse units and communal amenity space at-grade, as well as residential condominium units. All 61 existing rental units would be replaced as part of the new development.

The integration of landscaping at grade and the townhouse units will enhance the animation of the public realm. A double row of trees is proposed between the development and Eglinton Avenue East, helping buffer the site from this road.

A total of 371 parking spaces will be available for residents on three levels below grade, accessed from a parking entrance located at the rear of the site, while, 83 short-term and 742 long-term bicycle parking spaces will also be available for residents and visitors.

Location & Neighbourhood

3 Swift Drive is located in a vibrant community by Eglinton Avenue and Victoria Park Avenue in North York. This area is presently rich in schools, parks, shopping and is well connected to the city. However, it is currently undergoing significant changes to be an incredibly convenient and desirable neighbourhood with better transit and overall infrastructure.

This condominium will be replacing an outdated rental apartment that has served its purpose. The new condo will present new housing and investment opportunities, jobs and limitless potential for the area.

This address is well served by public transit along Eglinton and Victoria Park.
