A tantalizing redevelopment project has been proposed for this Mississauga corridor, aiming to further improve its livability.

30 Eglinton Avenue West Condos is a mixed-use condominium by Plaza Partners in Mississauga. This pre-construction condo is located at 30 Eglinton Ave W, southwest of Hurontario St and Eglinton Ave west Intersection close t future Hurontario LRT stop.

This rejuvenation looks to add three residential high-towers totalling 1.2 million square feet, while maintaining the nine storey portion of the existing office building and the two storey heritage building on site.

Amenities

30 Eglinton Avenue West Condos will be three high-rise residences consisting of two 45-storey and one 37 storey towers. The redevelopment will boast 1,577 luxe dwelling units and ground floor commercial space open to the public realm.

The condos will feature a mix of unit sizes including 7% studio units, 45% one-bedroom units, 38% two-bedroom units and 10% three-bedroom units, which should welcome a wide range of buyers.

Building 1 will be 45 storeys tall, located adjacent to Eglinton Avenue West. This building will hold 541 residential units and 1,151 square metres grade-level retail space. The condo will include indoor amenity areas on the second, fourth and seventh floors and outdoor terraces on the fourth and seventh floors, adding up to ample amenity space that residents will surely enjoy.

Building 2 will rise 37 storeys in height, and is located on the southwest corner of the property. It will consist entirely of residential units and will also include two-storey townhouses located at-grade.

This building will hold a total of 500 units and features indoor amenity space on floors two and seven, it will also contain an outdoor terrace on floor seven where its residents can come to unwind.

Building 3 will be 45 storeys tall with a proposed retail space of 828 square metres located along Hurontario Street. The building will contain a total of 536 residential units —starting on the second level.

This building’s entire fourth floor has been dedicated to amenity space where we can expect to see fitness facilities, lounge areas and outdoor terraces with barbecues and many other high-quality amenities that its occupants will love. In addition to the common spaces, each residential unit will include private and quiet balconies overlooking the city.

A four- level underground parking garage will hold 1,917 parking spaces, and 81 parking spaces can be found at grade-level. Additionally, 2,710 square metres of privately owned public space has been proposed for the northeast corner of the site. Located one level above grade, it will be connected to Buildings 1 and 2 with a landscaped bridge where residents and the public can come together and enjoy the new community.

This renovation is proposed to create the ultimate large-scale, transit-oriented, mixed-use community that investors and homebuyers alike can benefit from. It will be the perfect high-density neighbourhood where occupants can live, work and shop all in one place.
