A tantalizing redevelopment project has been proposed for this Mississauga corridor, aiming to further improve its livability.
30 Eglinton Avenue West Condos is a mixed-use condominium by Plaza Partners in Mississauga. This pre-construction condo is located at 30 Eglinton Ave W, southwest of Hurontario St and Eglinton Ave west Intersection close t future Hurontario LRT stop.
This rejuvenation looks to add three residential high-towers totalling 1.2 million square feet, while maintaining the nine storey portion of the existing office building and the two storey heritage building on site.

Building 2 will rise 37 storeys in height, and is located on the southwest corner of the property. It will consist entirely of residential units and will also include two-storey townhouses located at-grade.
This building will hold a total of 500 units and features indoor amenity space on floors two and seven, it will also contain an outdoor terrace on floor seven where its residents can come to unwind.
Building 3 will be 45 storeys tall with a proposed retail space of 828 square metres located along Hurontario Street. The building will contain a total of 536 residential units —starting on the second level.
