We can expect these units to start at approximately 500 square-feet and go up to 1,100 square-feet. There will also be 136 parking spaces provided in an underground garage with 111 spaces dedicated to residents, 20 spaces for visitors and 5 spaces for retail.
The exterior will take a rectangular form and will feature a modern design with a mix of precast concrete and brick pattern across the entire building as well as large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balconies. The entire development will be covered with windows to bring in the most natural light into the building. Location & Neighbourhood
3150 Eglinton Avenue East Condos will be well-located on Eglinton which is known to be a vibrant street filled with many urban amenities. There are many unique restaurants and eateries nearby as well as cafes, bars, supermarkets, parks and well-known stores.
Some of the big box stores close by include Winners, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart and Home Depot, to name a few. This area is also well-known for its wide range of open space and parks nearby including McCowan District Park, a 20-acre park that is currently undergoing construction to build a new playground, skating rink, sport fields, recreational trails and landscaping.
