Description
This duo-tower condo presents new opportunities for the transforming neighbourhood in Downtown Toronto.
323 Symington Avenue Condos is a mixed-use high-rise condominium development in Toronto. This 39 and 36 storey pre-construction condo project with 817 luxurious residential units will sit at 323 Symington Ave, near Lansdowne Ave and Dupont St in the Junction Triangle.
This high-rise will be within walking distance to the upcoming Bloor-Lansdowne GO Station, making travel around the GTA easy as 1-2-3.
323 Symington Avenue Condos will be a desirable new condo with captivating designs and ambitious layouts. The development will contain two towers connected by a base, each reaching respective heights of 39 and 36 storeys talls. Compared to the surrounding neighbourhoods this condo will be a pillar of stunning design with waved balconies and glossy facades – set to transform this quickly evolving neighbourhood.
There would be a total of 817 residential units between the two structures, along with 680 square metres of retail space. Defying the norm of other projects in the area, this condo will contain the retail component in the six-storey podium element shared by both towers. The proposed design keeps the nearby rail line in mind, with the ground floor’s amenities and retail space on the south side close to Dupont Street.
Of the amenities located on the ground floor, residents can first expect to be greeted by the concierge in an expansive lobby. We anticipate fitness centres including a gym and yoga room, entertainment rooms and lounge space suitable for future residents.
Residents can also expect to have spacious balconies or terraces – perfect for wind down time. As per plan, each suite should contain contemporary fixtures and finishes while providing open-concept areas. The kitchens and bathrooms should also be thoughtfully completed with top-tier amenities and high-quality finishes to keep up with the opulence found throughout the building.
At the north end of the design, the proposal includes a four-storey parking structure bordering the CP rail line. An additional level of parking would be found underneath. With 189 parking spaces for residents, 44 for visitors, and 11 for retail use, the proposal calls for 48 of the residential spots to accommodate electric vehicles. In addition, there would be 751 long-term and 83 short-term bicycle parking spaces.
This condo will be an excellent addition to this increasingly desirable community. Its ambitious design will help accommodate a range of new residents and investors. Be sure to check back here for the latest updates on this condo project.
