The unit mix is expected to include 7 bachelor suites, 125 one-bedroom, 103 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom suites, for 242 units in total. Residents will have access to 5,263 square feet of indoor amenity space including a lounge, fitness centre and yoga room.

The condo’s rooftop will house 5,758 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including a green roof and space for lounging and dining. An underground garage will provide 276 spaces for residents’ vehicles.

With its light-filled, three-storey base, the condominium features a modern look, paired with a symmetrical, grid-inspired façade above. Sophisticated and contemporary, this building will set the bar high for other redevelopments in the area.
