Description
A preeminent condo project is poised to become an iconic landmark in a coveted downtown neighbourhood.
328 Bloor Street West Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by First Capital in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 328 Bloor St W, near the main intersection of Bloor and Spadina Avenue in The Annex neighbourhood. This spectacle will be a 37-storey condo containing 366 residential units and 628 square metres of retail space fronting Bloor Street West.
The residential units provided here will contain a mix of 221 one-bedrooms, 107 two-bedrooms, and 38 three-bedrooms – accommodating students, couples, and families.
328 Bloor Street West Condos will be thoughtfully designed to animate The Annex streetscape while also improving the lives of those who invest in it.
This upscale condominium will provide its residents with several floors of amenity space to ensure a high quality of living. The first floor will be where residents are greeted by the concierge and sophisticated lobby. This floor will also contain retail and commercial space to enhance the pedestrian and streetscape.
The second floor will provide bicycle storage containing 402 bicycle parking spaces and 45 visitor spaces. The third floor will provide 272 square metres of outdoor amenity space along the north side of the site podium which will sit adjacent to 85 square metres of indoor amenity space.
This level will contain fitness facilities and lounging space for residents to make the most of their leisure time. The 9th floor will also include an indoor amenity area of 242 square metres, which will be two- storeys in height, connecting to an outdoor amenity space of approximately 380 square metres. This area is intended to provide comfortable and resourceful seating areas, outdoor dining and barbeque stations where residents can host events or simply enjoy family time outdoors.
Additionally, a third terrace will be provided on the 29th floor where residents can come to enjoy the scenic views of downtown from high up in the sky.
The awe-inspiring condo will also provide an underground parking garage with 61 parking spaces. Access to the building will be provided via the rear-drive aisle from Madison Avenue, with enhanced pedestrian connectivity through a proposed mid-block street connection to Paul Martel Park.
The unique architectural design of this project will act as a gateway and Major Visual View Terminus, and provide the focal point of the Spadina Avenue view corridor. It will feature an 8-storey podium featuring brick vernacular; and terra cotta materials, colours and patterns similar to nearby heritage buildings. Additionally, it will include a metal cladding architectural ribbon that wraps the building facades and gives the illusion of a building being unwrapped. This ribbon design will also be replicated on the surface landscaped area as well as in elevated terraced amenity areas.
We can expect the interiors to echo the same standards of luxury by providing contemporary units with trendy features. The unit sizes and layouts will accommodate a wide range of buyers from students to growing families.
