A proposed master-planned community in the heart of Vaughan will address the need for increased housing in the GTA .
3300 Rutherford Road Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by Almadev in Vaughan. This 11.6-acre pre-construction project will be located at 3300 Rutherford Rd, by the northeast intersection of Highway 400 and Rutherford Road in Concord across from Vaughan Mills shopping centre.
This development will have a mix of residential and commercial space and will come with a public park. The height and number of units are still yet to be determined.
3300 Rutherford Road Condos is proposed to serve multiple purposes: residential, commercial, and public space. The project is led by award-winning developer Almadev.
There will be an affordable housing component in keeping with Kin’s interest in offering increased housing options in the GTA to balance out the supply and demand of the market. The condo’s building height and number of units or storeys is unknown.
3300 Rutherford Road Condos will be part of an estimated nine to ten million square feet of new housing space proposed by the Toronto-based firm, distributed across all of its GTA projects. Currently, the location is a plaza with retailers including Decathlon and Dollarama plus various healthcare services. It also includes The KEG restaurant.
