This grade level space is aimed to improve the public realm by giving locals the opportunity and services to tap into their creative side. Development of this space will be co-designed with the resident artists, once selected.
The tower will feature 1,095 square-metres of interior and exterior amenity space on the 5th floor. We can expect the interior to house a gym facility and pool, and the exterior to feature a landscaped outdoor terrace readily available to its residents. A parking garage is also proposed for the site, consisting of one level below-grade and above-grade parking on levels 1 through 4. A total of 303 parking spaces has been proposed and 208 bicycle spaces will be available throughout the garage.
The architectural design of this complex will feature a modern approach with a mix of different window sizes, glass and black steel frames. It will not be conventionally shaped as it features several different balcony designs, pillars and setbacks to create a unique and stylish design. We can only expect this development to have modern interiors and finishes to fit the exteriors aesthetic.

Location & Neighbourhood
