3434 Lawrence Avenue East Condos is a new condominium development in Scarborough. This pre-construction project is located at 3434 Lawrence Ave E, near the Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East intersection in the Woburn neighbourhood. This 4-building project will range from 8 to 29 storeys and it will contain both condos and townhome units.

This development is coming to a commercial and service district, so you’ll always have everything you need at your fingertips.

Amenities

3434 Lawrence Avenue East Condos will be north of Lawrence Avenue East, and it will have 4 structures designed by BDP Quadrangle. The redevelopment calls for 2 L-shaped residential buildings with 4 distinct structural elements framing a central courtyard.

The exterior will feature a contemporary architectural design with dark brick on the first few storeys and light grey metal panelling as the levels gradually move up.

To add dimension, glass elements will be displayed throughout the building’s design, with large windows strategically placed throughout each level and side of the development and on the balconies.

There are a planned total of 642 residential units in this development, and that will be divided into:

402 one-bedroom units
172 two-bedrooms
68 three-bedrooms

Based on the information we have so far, residents will have access to indoor amenity spaces located on levels 1 and 6 of one building and levels 1 and 9 of another building. In addition to the courtyard, extra outdoor amenity space is situated on the rooftops outside of the indoor amenities.

The proposal also introduces a public park at the southeast corner of the site, which coincides with the redevelopment plans for the area’s public realm. As a part of the redevelopment plans, the community will receive a mid-block pedestrian connection and a new north-south street.

There will also be plenty of parking in this project, with a total of 557 parking spots. This will be divided into 460 residential spots and 97 for visitors. Don’t worry, cyclists. There are 482 parking spots for you too.

3434 Lawrence Avenue East Condos is coming to the Woburn neighbourhood in Scarborough.
