This is a well-thought-out project that includes a much-needed range of housing styles and provides the community with commercial space that will tie into the area’s ongoing retail redevelopment, something that continues to enhance the area’s streetscape.

Shopping and dining options are at your door and it’s a single subway stop to Yorkdale Shopping Centre, North York’s primary upscale retail destination.
