559 parking spaces are proposed in a three-level underground garage, although with almost adjacent subway access, you might find yourself not needing a vehicle at all. This is a well-thought-out project that includes a much-needed range of housing styles and provides the community with commercial space that will tie into the area’s ongoing retail redevelopment, something that continues to enhance the area’s streetscape.

Location & Neighbourhood

Condos in Clanton Park are increasing in number, particularly in the immediate area surrounding Wilson Station, just a few minutes’ walk from the Building site. Dare we say this neighbourhood is North York’s next major transformation?

A variety of big-box retailers are just steps away, including a major retail redevelopment taking place adjacent to the condominium site. Shopping and dining options are at your door and it’s a single subway stop to Yorkdale Shopping Centre, North York’s primary upscale retail destination.
