A luxurious new sky-rise aims to bring a dynamic urban living experience to this Cabbagetown location.
383 Sherbourne Street Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development in Toronto. It will sit at 383 Sherbourne Street by the downtown major intersection of Sherbourne and Carlton Street.
This redevelopment project will rise 45-storeys high and feature up to 483 new units for a wide range of buyers and investors alike. Taking advantage of its height, occupants will be able to choose from units with stunning views of Lake Ontario with the Toronto skyline as the backdrop.
383 Sherbourne Street Condos will offer 407 condo units and 76 rental units bringing the total of residential units to 483. They will come in gorgeous layouts and floor plans in 90 studios, 290 one-bedrooms, 62 two-bedrooms, and 41 three-bedroom units.
Residents can take full advantage of the excellent amenities found through the building including 1,563 square metres of indoor amenity space, located across the ground floor and floors 5, 6, 25 and 26. Plus, 368 square metres of outdoor amenity space, provided as rooftop terraces located on floors 5 and 25.
The ground floor will provide a spacious lobby and lounge where residents and visitors can sit and wait comfortably. The ground floor will also contain a 46 square metre amenity room, oriented towards Sherbourne Street and a dog wash station.
The 5th level has both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, oriented towards the southern portion of the building to maximize natural sunlight.
The indoor amenity space opens out onto a 284 square metre outdoor amenity terrace, which is partly covered so residents can utilize it without worrying about the weather and its elements. This terrace space will also include a dog amenity area, as well as an outdoor bar and movable seating, to suit a diverse range of its occupant’s wants and needs. The outdoor dog amenity area will be especially convenient for pet-owners who won’t have to travel all the way to the ground floor for a pet relief and play area. Communal indoor amenity space is also provided on the 6th floor.
Additional indoor amenity space is located across the entirety of levels 25 and 26, of which the former is complemented by an adjacent 68 square metre outdoor amenity terrace – which provides residents with the opportunity to enjoy views of the lakefront and skyline. This space will also offer a distinct exterior cladding to distinguish it along the tower’s height adding to its visual appeal.
The building will contain a four-level underground parking garage which will provide 92 parking spaces inclusive of 4 accessible spaces. The proposal will also offer 485 bicycle parking spaces, composed of 50 short-term spaces located on P1 and 50 of which will be located at grade.
This condominium will retain the facades of the two existing buildings, which together would form part of the 4-storey podium. This will allow the building to easily integrate with the existing neighbourhood while providing modern aesthetics in the tower above, adding to the city’s skyline.
