40 Raglan Avenue Condos is set to replace a 7-storey rental apartment that is currently on the site. The 28-storey tower will not only bring new, spacious residential suites to the area but will also replace the 62 rental units from the demolition of the apartment complex.
In addition to the rental units, there will be 279 residential units plus 5 townhouses on the ground floor. The units will come in a wide range of sizes and layouts:

The tower will be designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects. This development will maintain a sleek and modern design. The base will feature grey brick while the rest of the tower will be made up of large windows and glass balconies.
The amenities will be located within the podium and will include a large outdoor terrace on the top of the sixth floor podium. The development will also come with an underground parking to hold 98 residential parking spaces including 27 visitor parking spaces.
Location & Neighbourhood
40 Raglan Avenue Condos will be built in an affluent neighbourhood of the city, known for its elite schools, abundance of green space, local amenities, transit and much more. This area is right next to Forest Hill, an upscale community known for its rich history, prestigious private schools and small enclave of amenities. Nearby, residents will find St. Michael’s College and Upper Canada College.
Additionally, there are many landmarks nearby including Casa Loma, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), University of Toronto – St. George Campus and George Brown College.
